What are soft skills? 

So, soft skills are personal attributes or can also be called interpersonal skills needed in work. Soft skills, more to show how you interact with other people.

Soft skills are abilities needed in any job. Whatever your job, you definitely need communication skills, time management, emotional intelligence, work motivation, and other soft skills to support your performance.

Soft skills can also be learned and developed. Soft skills can be learned through courses or training. But, because soft skills are the basic personality of a person or innate, the best way to improve them is to interact with other people a lot and observe the surrounding environment.

How to develop soft skills

If you want to develop soft skills, you can learn the theory through courses or training. But to improve it, you have to practice. Learn to chat with other people, learn to listen, think, discuss, and also listen. You can join a community, join a project at work, join a study group, and so on. With continuous practice, communication abilities will develop. 

Soft skills are difficult to measure or prove. So, even though your soft skills have increased or developed, this is difficult to measure and prove because it is very personal and subjective.

For example, you have learned to improve problem solving and decision making skills. Then, in a problem, you take decision A. There will be people who think that the decision you made is wrong, but there are also those who think that the decision you made is right. So, it is very personal and subjective.
